Leader practice
Reflection, delegation, evidence use and clearer instructional leadership.
DonateOur impact
We count reach, but we also listen for the changes behind the number: stronger routines, shared responsibility, belonging and children taking the lead.

What the work reaches
What we look for
A programme is working when people behave differently, school routines become stronger and children experience that change.
Reflection, delegation, evidence use and clearer instructional leadership.
Trust, collaboration, inclusion and routines that make responsibility visible.
Attendance, participation, belonging, agency and access to useful learning support.
Local facilitation, shared review and decisions that respond to school reality.

Independent evidence
An independent Duke University RCT covered 177 schools and 500 surveyed students. Alongside attendance and pass percentage, the work examines belonging, engagement, inclusion and student leadership.
Numbers matter most when they help a system ask a better next question.
